In 1995 Coesia acquires and merges the two companies, marking the beginning of GDM global development.
In 1999 GDM acquires the engineering department of a multinational disposable hygiene manufacturer, leveraging the know-how of an engineering team with more than 50 years of history.
GDM widens its activity. On the one hand, it establishes technical support branches in USA, Brazil, Turkey and Vietnam.
On the other hand, GDM expands its portfolio with packaging solutions, offering turnkey solutions to its customers who can now benefit of a singole source supplier.
