GDM was established in 1995 and inherited from two formerly existing companies the successful tradition in studying, designing, manufacturing and testing machinery for hygiene disposable products. The attention to the most precise design, the careful assembly and accurate testing of each line before delivery, took benefit of a wide and modern space of 22.000 sqm in the main facility in Offanengo, Italy.
In 1999 GDM acquired the engineering department of well known multinational hygiene disposable product manufacturer adding an important milestone to their continuous research for the best in class technologies and production solutions. In fact, through this acquisition GDM took complete advantage of the most admired and well-known engineering teams of the disposable market with more than 50 years of history.
Thanks to the investments in the research and development of innovative technology, both in the engineering and in the production areas, GDM as a whole is projected straight towards the challenges of the forthcoming years.
As part of Coesia, an industrial Group made up of companies specialised in the production of automated machinery, GDM shares Group resources all around the world improving local presence and effectiveness. Presently GDM manufactures a specific range of machinery in Offanengo (Italy), Sao Paolo (Brazil), and provides local technical services in USA, China and all main world-wide regions.
