APS is a customized Service Contract for newly supplied GDM machines extending warranty, ensuring on site spare parts availability and covering production support activities as well as maintenance activities, which allows a quicker payback of the investment.
APS programs pursue important targets among which:
- Increased machine availability, performance and quality
- Trained and focused Customer technical team on machine settings as well as on troubleshooting
- Reduced learning curve period (through the training on the job of the Customer technical team, spare parts management, preventive / predictive maintenance programs and continuous technical updating throughout the contract duration)
- Minimized time and resources for spare parts handling;
